Community as Leadership
Empowerment has always been central to how I lead — both professionally and personally. Long before titles or accolades, I learned that meaningful leadership begins with service, consistency, and presence within the community.
Throughout my career in media and production, I have remained committed to creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow. Whether mentoring young girls through Girl Scouts, supporting educational initiatives, or lending my experience to community-based storytelling and outreach, my involvement is driven by a belief that access and representation matter.
I view community engagement not as something separate from my professional work, but as an extension of it. The same principles that guide my leadership on set — collaboration, accountability, empathy, and clarity — guide how I show up in community spaces.
Mentorship & Youth Development
Working with young people has been one of the most grounding and meaningful aspects of my leadership journey. Through mentorship and youth-focused initiatives, I’ve had the opportunity to support confidence-building, creative exploration, and leadership development at formative stages.
